Role: Principal Consultant - Client Solutions

Our dynamic Global Client Solutions team, comprised of seasoned client engagement leads and industry professionals, thrives on exceeding expectations, fostering accountability, and cultivating enduring partnerships that transcend immediate recruitment needs.


Our Client Solutions team operates in three core areas:


New Business Development:

  • Target high-value clients across diverse industries and geographies with a focus on multi desk / brand / location opportunities.
  • Craft bespoke solutions and identify target clients for our portfolio.


Upskilling:

  • Empower our team with your expertise, providing tools for successful business development across the Group.
  • Contribute to developing the next generation of top performers through L&D.


Who We're Looking For:

  • We're on the lookout for an inspiring, team-oriented individual to join our US Client Solutions team, ideally based in Austin, TX for optimal face-to-face collaboration.
  • As a primary hunter, you should demonstrate a track record of creating sales opportunities in specialist desks across various industries.
  • High accountability, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset are key.
  • Evidence of being able to win and nurture relationships at CIO/CTO/COO level.
